系统可靠性 system reliability

系统在一定的时间内，在一定条件下成功完成规定任务的概率。一般用故障率和平均故障时间来表示系统可靠性。串行系统的可靠性用下式计算：

R=R₁×R₂×R₃…R_n

其中R是系统可靠性，R₁R₂R₃…R_n为各子系统的可靠性。并行系统的可靠性用下式计算：

R=［1－(1－r)^m］ⁿ

其中R是系统可靠性，r是子系统的可靠性，m是并行系统中每种功能的子系统数，n是功能数。
